I am frequently asked what the best gift would be for someone and though speaking for an individual I have never met is difficult there are some guidlelines you can follow to be sure the recipient will enjoy the massage gift you choose for them.

For someone who has never had a professional massage

  • For most people, a half hour for their first massage is perfect. Choose relaxation, that way they can enjoy a relaxing massage yet still see a bit of increased mobility without being sore for a few days. If they are the “new-agey” type give them a full hour of relaxation massage.

    • They have had massage before and go to a regular therapist frequently
